Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and Zelle.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to correct the issue at no charge. Guarantee does not apply to damage caused by pre-existing conditions, deteriorated screens, aged seals, or factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Pane Relief carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew, we will work with you to resolve the issue through our insurance carrier. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

Consent to Receive Text Messages
